What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the product, the time and materials it takes to make, we do not accept returns. However, please do let me know if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to come to a solution.

Custom and personalized orders:

For orders with custom text, no profanity is allowed.

Correct shipping information:

Please double and triple check that the shipping address is correct! Please email sales@shopsouthernjones.com immediately if the address you see on your email receipt is incorrect and we will try our best to correct the address. Please indicate your order reference number. Once a package has been dropped off to the carrier, there is no way of changing the address. No refunds will be given. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! If you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing, I will be happy to refund your order and request your reason for cancelling in writing to sales@shopsouthernjones.com

What if I order multiple mugs that require personalization?

GREAT question! In the "order notes," please list specific mug and it's personalization in a list. For example,

Custom Labradoodle mug - name is Molly.

Bridesmaid mug - name is Hope.

Custom Initial Greenery Wreath - initial is C.
